A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) for the Scone Palace Visitor Attraction Enhancement project has been submitted to Perth and Kinross Council and sent to the Community Council as well as being advertised in the press. This notice is designed to let the public know that a planning application will be submitted in due course  for these proposals and it also lets them know that there will be two key opportunities to view and comment on the proposals in advance of the planning application process. The event advertised above is the first of these opportunities. A further event will be held at a later date.
