Solar Meadow
A solar meadow is proposed to the north-east of the Palace. The power generated will serve the new facilities.
Biomass Plant
At the area to the south of the solar array, a biomass plant is proposed. Biomass energy is a renewable and sustainable source of energy derived from organic matter and can be used to generate electricity and other forms of power. The biomass will be fuelled by waste woodchip. The external appearance of the plant will look similar to a general-purpose agricultural shed.
