Savills and Harry Taylor & Co, on behalf of Scone Estates, would like to thank you for attending this online public exhibition to view and comment on Visitor Attraction Enhancement Proposals for Scone Palace.

Savills submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) in November 2022 for a visitor attraction enhancement for the Scone Palace environs including conversion of the redundant stable block to a visitor centre including retail, restaurant, ticket offices and associated facilities, an adventure playpark, footpaths, a new car park, a biomass plant, a solar meadow, a pavilion building, new green houses, refurbishment of potting sheds and associated infrastructure.

Two events and a static exhibition in Scone, Palace as well as the information on the pages of this website are designed to give you opportunities to view and feedback on the Proposed Development for this Site as part of the Pre-Application Consultation process.

  • First Event – 13 December 2022
  • Static Exhibition 16 to 18 December 2022
  • Second Event – 28 February 2023
  • Second Static Exhibition – from 1 March 2023

We hope to finalise proposals and supporting information and lodge the planning application to Perth and Kinross Council in first quarter of 2023.

There will then be an opportunity for the public to provide comments to Perth and Kinross Council regarding the application.
